Pancakes for breakfast

I usually don't cook breakfast...actually I usually don't cook. My mom-in-law is a wiz chef and she loves to feed us. but as she's on vacation this weekend I gave making breakfast a shot. I never made pancakes before but I knew it would be easy. So I did what I always do, I surfed....(the net you silly :P). and came across a good old-fashioned pancake recipe. They came out perfect... everyone loved them. :).
